Enjoy an biking day trip in Atlas Mountains while you are staying in Marrakech. This is a nice biking day trip to the Atlas Mountains. Ride along trails and dirt roads to take in views of the valley landscape, and pass by Berber villages.

After being picked up from your hotel in Marrakech, you will drive to the Atlas Mountains, specifically to Imlil Valley, where you will be met by a local tour operator.

After having a welcome tea at a guesthouse, you will get your bike and helmet, and set off riding on an uphill asphalt road towards Tizi n’ Tamatert Pass. From there, you will have amazing views over the Imlil and Imnane Valleys.

After a short break there, you will carry on riding on the same road to the last village, called Tachedirt village, situated at an altitude of over 7700 feet (2350m). Once you get there, you will take an unpaved road downhill, passing by many Berber villages such as Ouanskra, Ikkis, Amsakrou and Imsker villages. There you will have a stop for lunch before carrying on downhill to the town of Asni, which is the end point of your biking adventure.

You will bid farewell to the local team and be driven back to Marrakech. Your total amount of time biking will be about 4 hours. End of our biking day trip to the atlas mountains.

During the trip, we will be able to discover the verdant valleys and stunning scenery, traveling by several traditional Moroccan cities and rural villages. When we get at the breathtaking waterfalls (110 meters above sea level ). You may walk down the cascades, sit back and relax while watching the waterfalls, have a picnic lunch, or visit one of the numerous cafés and restaurants. It has been dubbed “The Pearl of the Atlantic” in the past. Essaouira’s history stretches back to the eighth century BC. The Phoenicians came to a halt on the equator road. The Alaouite Sultan Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah, who committed the building to Theodore Cornut, an architect and disciple of Vauban, was the true creator of the city. Essaouira is currently a charming small fishing harbor that comes alive with the arrival of the boats when sardines and crustaceans are auctioned off. Fishermen fix their red nets on the docks..
